TTT serves as the overarching term for such a training program.

The Instructional Skills Certification (ISC) is recognized by Microsoft as meeting the criteria for Train-The-Trainer (TTT) training. Our ISC course, tailored for MCT candidates, aims to cultivate highly skilled instructors capable of delivering technical and non-technical content effectively. This specialized course is structured as a hands-on workshop, blending theoretical concepts with practical exercises. It includes both individual and group presentations, with peer evaluations from all participants in the classroom.

No prerequisites are necessary for the instructional skills segment of this training. Anyone can participate in the corporate version of Train-The-Trainer (TTT). However, to enroll in the MCT version of the course (ISC), candidates must first complete their technical certification, as specified by Microsoft. Before registering for the training, candidates must provide their transcripts. Thus, admission to this course is contingent upon prior approval from the local MCT Regional Lead.
